Perched on the 37th floor in the heart of midtown New York, one can enjoy a vast and breathtaking view of Manhattan from the Statue of Liberty on the left and the George Washington Bridge on the right. The 9,000 sq-ft space was thoughtfully divided and organized into four functional zones: a reception area, private offices, a back-office, and an open workstation area for the majority employees. Wood was installed liberally to instill an aura of conservative corporatism which contrasts well with the other visible materials including, glass, tile, carpet and metal of the cabinetry. An eye-catching custom blue glass with IBK's stainless-steel signage provides a fine finishing touch to the custom-designed reception area.
