Located immediately north of Huntsville international airport, LG is currently operating their main US service division for Home appliances inspection, repair and repackaging. Four separate warehouse buildings, each building has over 120,000 sf of space that are mixed with offices, customer call center and new employee traning facility. Due to the age of the buildings, existing facilities are in need of system upgrade to receive modern new technologies. Initial 10,200 sf of custoner sercvice call center space was the first remodeling project followed by phase2, 3 & 4
remodeling projects. KLCA was commissioned to provide a Master remodeling plan based on the phased construction while their business units will be still in operation. Part of existing warehouse sections were converted to office & business support functions and re-configured to achieve more efficient facility operations between other business units.
